Dr. Newman is the Co-Founder and Owner of eCare, a healthcare solutions company dedicated to improving educational outcomes and increasing patient access to care. With extensive experience in pharmacy, healthcare policy, and business leadership, Kelli has led eCare's growth by combining her expertise in compliance, operations, and provider engagement. Under her leadership, eCare has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable services throughout the nation. Passionate about supporting healthcare providers and improving community outcomes, Dr. Newman brings both entrepreneurial vision and practical experience to her role at eCare.
Alan has been in the technology business for over 30 years, creating an Education Division in 1997 at a local e-technology company, and leading the way as a business owner to provide affordable video conferencing technology to schools. He has over 20 years of experience with federal programs such as RUS and COPS SVVP, which help rural and economically challenged educational entities afford technology to get them connected and to teach our students in rural areas.
Braydon is the Senior Director at eCare, where he leads growth strategy, operations, and partnerships focused on helping education and healthcare organizations modernize technology, improve safety, and expand access to critical services—without overburdening operating budgets. With over a decade of experience in public-sector and regulated-industry technology sales, Braydon specializes in aligning solutions with federal, state, and local funding sources.
Prior to eCare, Braydon held leadership roles at HP, where he led sales teams focused on net-new business across state and local government, education, and healthcare environments. He brings a practical, funding-first approach to every engagement, helping organizations move forward with initiatives that might otherwise stall due to budget, compliance, or infrastructure constraints.
Braydon is driven by a genuine belief that the right technology can change outcomes for students, patients, and entire communities. He’s passionate about earning trust, building long-term relationships, and helping organizations make smart, sustainable decisions that truly serve the people they support.
Vivian is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong foundation in both public and corporate practice. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Troy University and a Master’s degree from Auburn University at Montgomery. Before joining the eCare team, she spent five years at Alfa Insurance as a Tax and Investment Accountant. Prior to that, she worked in public accounting, where she developed strong expertise in compliance and client advisory services. Vivian is known for her analytical precision, ability to simplify complex financial data, and commitment to helping organizations achieve compliance and profitability
Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Troy University and his Master of Science degree in Interactive Technology from The University of Alabama. He worked for 17 years at Ozark City Schools, first as a Computer Technician for six years and then as the Director of Technology. Later, Thomas worked at the Alabama State Department of Education as an Education Administrator, State E-Rate Coordinator, and Administrator of the Alabama Joint Purchasing Agreement.
Jacqueline has over 30 years of experience in K-12 education. She spent over 15 years as a secondary math teacher before moving into building level administration. With experience as a central office administrator, she brings a strong background in secondary curriculum, instructional technology, testing, accountability and student management systems. Jacqueline is passionate about addressing the challenges faced by rural education.
Jim has specialized in helping medium and large business find the keys to improve communication, processes and collaboration in their organization. This includes not just working with technology, but also developing the plans, policies and procedures to make technology effective and show a strong ROI. Jim has the ability to work cross organizationally, from engineers and programmers to sales and marketing teams. Utilizing a "start with the customer and work backwards" methodology gives Jim a unique, results-oriented and customer-driven mindset that creates repeatable successes.
James is a Strategic Account Executive for Education at eCare, where he partners with educational institutions to align technology solutions and funding with their specific organizational goals. James joined the team following five years at HP, where he specialized in supporting public sector customers. His background includes working with a diverse range of clients, from local school systems to major R1 Universities across the Northeast.
James specializes in rightsizing technology environments and streamlining end-user objectives to ensure projects are completed as efficiently and effectively as possible. He is passionate about building long-lasting, trusted client relationships and ensuring institutions have the resources to make their students and faculty as successful as possible.
Christine brings over two decades of diverse experience to eCare. An accounting graduate of Kennesaw State University she began her career in a small business CPA firm followed by co-leading the transition from manual to automated systems for Rare Hospitality. Her expertise spans internal audit as a Six Sigma specialist for First Data and industrial job costing and federal compliance within the construction and environmental engineering sectors. Additionally, she is a successful entrepreneur, having scaled a sole proprietorship from a local farmer's market into a supplier for a regional grocery store and school system. This unique blend of analytical rigor, leadership as a Treasurer for the American Women's Welfare Association in Japan, and twelve years of dedicated household management allows her to approach every challenge with precision, resilience, and a comprehensive understanding of business operations.
